1.- Legal conditions for the purchase in FICOSTERRA ONLINE
These legal contracting conditions regulate the use of the online store of the website www.ficosterra.com

Thus, the main purpose of these General Contracting Conditions is to regulate the information provided in the FICOSTERRA online store, the purchase of the products offered therein and the commercial transactions that arise between FICOSTERRA and the CLIENT.
Both browsing the FICOSTERRA online store and purchasing the products offered therein imply acceptance as a CUSTOMER of these General Contracting Conditions.
3.- Purchase process

you must follow the following process:
- You will need to select the products you wish to purchase from the website. The products offered by FICOSTERRA on its website indicate the sale price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT), as well as shipping costs, provided that the shipment is made to a location within mainland Spain. In those cases in which the destination of the shipment is located outside said geographical area, the provisions of clause 5 (“Shipments”) must be followed.

However, and regarding the images included on the website, it should be taken into consideration that there may be differences between the appreciation of the online product and the physical product.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER in the purchase process included in the third section, “purchase process” within an approximate period of between 1 and 5 calendar days

FICOSTERRA does not assume any responsibility in those cases in which the delivery of the order could not be made as a result of the inaccuracy of the delivery data provided by the CLIENT or when the delivery cannot be carried out for reasons that cannot be attributable to the company that carries out the transport of the product, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient after several delivery attempts.
Shipping costs to the peninsula are included in the price of the products.
In those orders made to locations outside the national peninsular territory, the price of the product may be increased by virtue of the shipping costs assumed by FICOSTERRA, informing the CUSTOMER of the amount thereof prior to the completion of the purchase procedure and after request a shipping quote with the transport company designated by FICOSTERRA.
Changes or returns will only be accepted due to manufacturing defects of the products or merchandise in poor condition. Once FICOSTERRA has received the same, it will proceed to check its status and verify the veracity of the claim that gave rise to the return of the product by the CUSTOMER.
Subsequently, at the time that FICOSTERRA has verified that there were manufacturing defects or that the product was in poor condition and that these conditions of the product were not due to misuse of the same by the CUSTOMER, the product will be returned. money paid for the products purchased by the same payment system used for the transaction or the shipment of a product with the same characteristics.
In those cases in which the CUSTOMER has purchased several products in the same order, you can make a partial return, so that you can return only one of them, keeping the rest, provided that it had manufacturing defects or was in poor condition. .
FICOSTERRA will assume the transport costs of the products returned due to manufacturing defects or because they are in poor condition, as long as these conditions of the product are not due to misuse of the product by the CLIENT.

Right of withdrawal
According to what is established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to those contracts referring to supplies of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly or that are sealed and not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that they have been unsealed after delivery.
However, the right of withdrawal will be applicable in the case of supplies of products that do not meet the characteristics set out in the previous paragraph. In this way, the CUSTOMER could withdraw from the purchase of the product during the following 14 days from the delivery of the order, without the need to indicate any reason. As a consequence of this, the price of the withdrawn products would be returned once the aforementioned products had been received and within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the CLIENT reported said withdrawal, the CLIENT assuming both the return cost as the expenses incurred by FICOSTERRA for the shipment of the product. The refund of the money paid would be made by the same payment system used for the transaction.

b) They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
c) They are suitable for any special use required by the consumer and user when they have informed the seller at the time of signing the contract, provided that the latter has admitted that the product is suitable for said use.
d) Present the usual quality and features of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

9.- Personal data protection
