Both browsing the FICOSTERRA online store and purchasing the products offered therein imply acceptance as a CUSTOMER of these General Contracting Conditions. 3.- Purchase process To make a purchase at www.ficosterra.com you must follow the following process:

Right of withdrawal According to what is established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to those contracts referring to supplies of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly or that are sealed and not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that they have been unsealed after delivery.
